Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated automatically by the web site when you add to your shopping cart. Goods are dispatched using our nominated parcel carrier on a variety of service levels. All charges will be confirmed to you prior to you committing to purchase. You are responsible for payment of any local customs and import duties.
We ask that, should your item fail to arrive in the allotted timescale, you advise us as soon as possible at sales@picframes.co.uk so that we may investigate with the parcel carriers. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us in adequate time to prevent any disappointment resulting from late shipment.
Payment and security
We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, and Switch cards, processed by SagePay with HSBC as the acquiring bank. Payments will show up on your accounts as Picframes.co.uk
by placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your credit card as detailed at the time of your order. Upon payment and delivery, title to the goods will pass to you and we will send you a receipted invoice by email or post. We take website security and the security of any information you pass to us during this process very seriously. Therefore this website is protected by a SSl certificate to web industry standards.
Returns & Replacements
For faulty or damaged goods please contact us as soon as possible in order we can investigate. You may return faulty or damaged goods to us and will receive a full refund or exchange including any delivery costs. Goods returned as faulty or otherwise should be returned with the packaging they arrived in.
All our Picture frames are made to your exact requirements. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are delivered correctly and to the specifications given by you at the time of purchase and are therefore not liable to provide a refund. We do however understand that buying online means you have not been able to physically see the product. We do on a discretionary basis take this into account and if you have a problem just call us 99% of the time we will find a solution to your problem. It should be noted that all our mouldings are professionally photographed. And bar different computer screen representation offer an accurate likeness.

Ordering
Placing an order can be made directly through this website in a secure environment or if you prefer you can order over the phone offline. We only take offline order during working hours.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are displayed net of VAT and postage cost's. Vat and delivery is charged at the checkout stage of your online purchase. You will be informed of these costs before making your final payment. We constantly run price promotions these are genuine offers that constitute a real saving. Viewing Orders
If you register with us you will be able to see all your order history online in a secure environment. We do not require credit card information in order to register with us. We do ask that you provide contact details which will only be used for order communication.
