Your picture frames come ready to hang on the wall will felt bumper pads on the bottom edge to stop your wall getting marked over time, frames of photo size also come with a stand. Backing board is included and comes with an acid free lining to enable safe mounting of your art. Glazing is a UV stabilised acrylic which is crystal clear and protected in transit with a film on both sides which will need removing. All our mouldings and mounts have been professionally photographed and colour balanced to ensure as near as we can make it what you see is what you get, Highly curved or reflective mouldings may also be slightly distorted by lighting when photographed It should also be pointed out that mouldings are made frame real wood and as such can vary slightly from batch to batch. It should also be noted that different computer screens display things differently.
We have a pease of mind purchase policy, so if you are not happy with your frames for a genuine reason then we will replace or refund, no other online framers to our knowledge offers this. Please note all our frames are manufactured to your individual requirements so we don't re sell them. We will ask you to send us pictures of any issues and call us within seven days of delivery and return is at your cost unless we have made a mistake. This policy only works on a mutual trust basis

From receiving your order we aim to manufacture your frame and dispatch it for delivery in 3 to 5 days this is the time it takes to manufacture your frame to your specification. This is subject to stock holdings and we will inform you via email in the unlikely event there will be a delay in processing your order.
Should you register with us you will be view your account and review the status of your orders, only order post registration will be available to view.
For frequent buyers of frame we have now introduced discounts automatcally applied at checkout these work on the ammount spent, discounts start at £100 so if you bulk up your order you will recieve the discount. We have done this in order to reduce administration which helps in our efficiency and is thus is reflected in all our frame prices.
For regular buyers spending over £500 per month we will set you up with a trade code this will allow you to receive the discount rate regardless of spend value making ordering to your customers time contstrants easier. Please call us on 01270 625 675 to discuss your requirements and discount rates.
When you register with us we do not pass any of your details on to third parties, all information is encrypted and held securely. We do not see or hold any credit card details.
