- Whats included with our frames-
- Your picture frames come ready to hang on the wall will felt bumper pads on the bottom edge to stop your wall getting marked over time, fames of photo size also come with a stand. Backing board is included and comes with an acid free lining to enable safe mounting of your art. Glazing is a UV stabilised acrylic which is crystal clear and protected in transit with a film on both sides which will need removing. - Does the framing studio accurately represent the frame I have chosen
- All our mouldings and mounts have been professionally photographed and colour balanced to ensure as near as we can make it what you see is what you get, Highly curved or reflective mouldings may also be slightly distorted by lighting when photographed It should also be pointed out that mouldings are made frame real wood and as such can vary slightly from batch to batch. It should also be noted that different computer screens display things differently
- If I don’t like the frame I ordered can I return it for a refund? -
- We have a pease of mind purchase policy, so if you are not happy with your frames for a genuine reason then we will replace or refund, no other online framers to our knowledge offers this. Please note all our frames are manufactured to your individual requirements so we don't re sell them. We will ask you to send us pictures of any issues and call us within seven days of delivery and return is at your cost unless we have made a mistake.

- When can I expect my frame to be delivered?
- From receiving your order we aim to manufacture your frame and dispatch it for delivery in 3 to 5 days this is the time it takes to manufacture your frame to your specification. This is subject to stock holdings and we will inform you via email in the unlikely event there will be a delay in processing your order.

- How do i measure for a Frame and mount?
- When measuring your artwork or image to be framed and mounted you need to measure in mm to the exact size at its narrowest point width and height. Our system automatically allows for a 4mm overlap at each side to ensure a perfect fit and room for you to tape you artwork into it's mount.
- How do i measure for a mount only?
- When measuring your artwork or image to be mounted you need to measure in mm to the exact size at its narrowest point width and height of your artwork. Our system automatically allows for a 4mm overlap at each side to ensure a perfect fit and room for you to tape you artwork into it's mount. You then need to measure the exact size in mm of the frame you already have, ensure you measure to include the frames rebate in order your mount sits into the frame and not on the glazing. Our system automatically reduces these measurements by 1mm to ensure a perfect fit. It also automatically calculates the mounts border sizes as appropriate to the measurements you have entered.
- How do i measure for a Frame only?
- Measuring for a frame only generally because you already have a mount or you have an oil painting to frame. If you already have a mount measure its exact width and height of the external edges of your mount in mm. Our system automatically increases these measurements by exactly 2mm to ensure a perfect fit..

- I cant see a moulding i like can you help?
- Yes we defiantly can, we cant show them all but you can choose from over 3000 different mouldings however we do not carry them all in stock so manufacture and delivery will take longer. Click here for more Information
