We operate a peace of mind returns policy even though our goods are custom made to order and cannot be resold by ourselves. If you have a genuine issue we will exchange or refund your order if you contact us within 7 days of reciept of goods. We may ask for photographs of any issues. In the circumstances of damages in transit or mistakes on our part will be replaced or refunded without cost to yourself.
