Whats included with my frames

More info ↓For frequent buyers of frame we have now introduced discounts automatcally applied at checkout these work on the ammount spent, discounts start at £100 so if you bulk up your order you will recieve the discount. We have done this in order to reduce administration which helps in our efficiency and is thus is reflected in all our frame prices.
For regular buyers spending over £500 per month we will set you up with a trade code this will allow you to receive the discount rate regardless of spend value making ordering to your customers time contstrants easier. Please call us on 01270 625 675 to discuss your requirements and discount rates.

Delivery
More info ↓Production time is currently running at 3 to 5 working days, delivery is the day after dispatch. We will send you a shipping email advising that your order is due for collection by our couriers that day. Then our couriers will send you a first email advising the day date of delivery. This will then be quickly followed by a second email detailing the hour in the day they intend to deliver. This email will also include tracking details and a re book button. Please note you can dictate the day you prefer but can not dictate the hour.

If we havent started making your frame you can cancel your order with us, please note you should contact us on the day of order any later and there is a good chance we will have started. If you wish to change your order please contact us by phone not email. We will allways try and accomodate all ccustomer requests without fuss even if it costs us a little money
Track your order
When you order if you have registered an account with us your order will show up as pending, this will remain the case until we have made and packaged your order. Your purchase history
The only way to track your purchases is to register as an account holder prior to your purchase.
Returns procedure
If your goods are faulty we will replace or refund. Please inform us by phone and we will explain what you need to do, in most cases we will do this with as little fuss as possible, we may ask for digital images of the fault. If you have made a mistake in your measurements we will not refund or take returns. All items are custom made and cannot be resold.
Refund policy
Short policy
We operate a peace of mind returns policy even though our goods are custom made to order and cannot be resold by ourselves. If you have a genuine issue we will exchange or refund your order if you contact us within 7 days of reciept of goods. We may ask for photographs of any issues and you will cover the return delivery charge. In the circumstances of damages in transit or mistakes on our part will be replaced or refunded without cost to yourself.
We are the only online framers who offers this.

Discounts for large orders
More info ↓Discounts are automatically applied at checkout dependant on level of spend they range from 7.5% to 15% on a tiered basis; these are available to all customers. We suggest you design your picture frames and add them to your basket to see the discount amount applied before purchase.
